If you've played any of the previous titles in the Fallout franchise, you'll be aware of just how important Endurance is to your character. And to illustrate just how vital Endurance is, Bethesda has posted the third trailer, “Endurance,” for its “S.P.E.C.I.A.L” series in the run-up to the release of Fallout 4.
In that 1950s public service announcement style, the video explains that Endurance allows you to resist the damage from radiation exposure or violent actions.

You can eat fresh meat (but beware the radiation) and chomp down on your fellow humans when times are tough with the Cannibal Perk. Naturally, others around you will find this repulsive and take appropriate action.
